"The purpose definitely stays true to the name of the tour. The entire crowd was put in a good mood by Steven Marley and Mickey Avalon's bass bumpin at Red Rocks. Snoop, one of the greatest entertainers, had amazing interaction with the crowd. Earth, Wind and Fire was pretty sick as the closer, but Snoop should have been the one closing. This is one of the most fun shows I've ever seen at Red Rocks, yet the parking lots were the dirtiest and liquor stopped selling at 8 due to underage drinking."
